Unpreserved wines will also taste bad. The air infiltrated into the bottle will oxidize the wine to taste vinegar.
Best save conditions:
1. Keep the temperature between 10C-15C
2. Cork preserved wine, to ensure that cork and wine continuous contact, will not dry out, to prevent air infiltration
3. Protect from light and prevent direct light
4. Shock absorbers, keep the body still
